Resident letting agents (RLA) fasttrack to real estate agent licence course
This course is designed for Resident Letting Agents to upgrade their educational qualifications to apply for a Real Estate Agent Licence.
To apply for a real estate agent licence you must have been assessed as competent in 19 units from the CPP07 Training Package.
Six of these units have been achieved when you completed your RLA licensing course. Another five are achieved when you complete the RLA Upgrade to Sales course.
The remaining units:
- CPPDSM4005A Establish and build client-agency relationships
- CPPDSM4003A Appraise property and CPPDSM4018A Prepare and present property reports
- CPPDSM4013A Market property for lease and CPPDSM4014A Market property for sale
- CPPDSM4019A Prepare for auction and complete sale.
- CPPDSM4011A List property for lease and CPPDSM4046A Manage tenancy disputes
are delivered by face to face training and a recognition of prior learning and recognition of current competency process.
The permanent letting supplement (CPPDSM4011A & CPPDSM4046A), if required, is delivered by correspondence.
