Resident letting agents (RLA) upgrade course.

The Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 requires all applicants for Salesperson Registration to complete four units of competency from the Real Estate Training Package.

This course is designed for Resident Letting Agents to upgrade their educational qualifications to enable them to apply for a Salesperson's Registration Certificate. This requires the completion of the following two units:

• PRDRE13A Obtain Property Listings
• PRDRE15A Undertake Property Sales by Private Treaty

NOTE: In order to list and sell units, a Resident Letting Agent needs to be employed as a salesperson by a real estate agent. This upgrade course does not allow a RLA to list and sell units in their own right.
