New South Wales - Assistant Agent
State Requirement: To apply for an Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration with NSW Fair Trading the applicant must complete 5 core Units of Competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) and an additional work experience logbook. Further information on the work experience logbook requirement can be found on the NSW Fair Trading website.
