Tasmania - Property Representative

State Requirement: To apply to become a Property Representative, applicants must pass the Property Representative Examination through the Property Agent's Board of Tasmania and then complete 5 core Units of Competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) within 12 months. The balance of 13 Units of Competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) within 3 years of the exam. 

Units of Competency:

  • CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate

  • CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate

  • CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate

  • CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate

  • CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts

 

On completion of the Units of Competency, you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
