Continuing Professional Development - Queensland (QLD)
If you hold a Queensland real estate licence or registration - as an agent, salesperson, property manager, auctioneer or resident letting agent - you must complete 2 approved CPD sessions every CPD year to renew your licence. Your CPD year runs from the anniversary of your licence, and the Office of Fair Trading won't process your renewal until both sessions are done.

What you’ll learn by completing the course
Two approved sessions per CPD year: either two Type 1 sessions, or one Type 1 and one Type 2. Your CPD year is based on your individual licence anniversary, not the calendar year.
Approved sessions carry a code beginning with QLDCPD20 - you'll see ours listed on every course. Sessions approved in other states or territories don't count toward Queensland requirements.
You'll receive a certificate of completion for each session. You don't send it to the OFT - you declare your CPD compliance when renewing and keep your certificates on file for 5 years in case they're requested.
Your renewal can't be processed until your CPD is complete, which can delay your licence. Both our sessions are online and self-paced, so the easiest move is to complete them early in your CPD year.
Type 1 sessions are condensed versions of national training package units - core knowledge and compliance. Type 2 sessions focus on professional skills and client service. At least one of your two annual sessions must be Type 1.
