State Requirement

To apply for an Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration with NSW Fair Trading the applicant must complete 5 core Units of Competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) and an additional work experience logbook. Further information on the work experience logbook requirement can be found on the NSW Fair Trading website. On completion, you will receive a statement of attainment.

Assessment

All assessments are completed online and include a mix of written questions and practical activities. Trainer feedback is provided along the way, and there are no limits on how many times you can resubmit.
