What is Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?
The purpose of CPD training is designed to enhance your existing skills, expand your industry knowledge and increase your professionalism. It helps you remain aligned with industry standards and compliance obligations, strengthening client confidence and contributing to the professionalism of the property sector.
You must complete 2 approved CPD sessions each CPD year.
Do I have to complete CPD?
If you hold one of the following licenses or registration, you will be required to complete CPD each year.
- real estate agent
- real estate salesperson (including property managers)
- real property auctioneer
- resident letting agent.
How do I register for CPD?
Add the Type 1 session to your cart, fill in your details and make payment. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours with a link to access our learning platform.
What will I receive when the session is complete?
Once you have completed the session, we will provide you with a certificate of completion that you will need to provide to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
Is PTA an approved provider?
Yes, Property Training Australia has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading Queensland to delivery these sessions.
