Meeting the next wave of real estate agents: Takeaways from the 2025 Brisbane Careers and Employment Expo.

On 14 June, we wrapped up three days of great chats, new connections and positive outlooks on the 2025 Brisbane Careers and Employment Expo came to an end.

Out team spoke with hundreds of young adults looking to find their career pathway and older, more experienced professionals wanting to understand what's involved in a mid-career change. Across hundreds of conversations, three things stood out to us:

1. A real estate career path is a great choice for school leavers who aren't interested in attending university.

   There are plenty of real estate agent success stories showing school leavers how valued and fulfilling a property sales career can be.
