What do I need to do to work in real estate in Queensland?
In Queensland, to register to work in the real estate industry, you must complete the Salesperson Registration course which consists of 12 units of competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice to be able to apply for a registration certificate with the Office of Fair Trading. Once you are registered, you can work as a Salesperson or Property Manager under a licenced real estate agent.
