Property Training Australia (PTA – a division of Oliver Hume), welcomes Troy Guthrie to our team as its new Training General Manager. Troy brings extensive real estate and education expertise to the role where he will manage and support PTA's national footprint expansion (RTO 41241).

With over 10 years’ experience across the Australian property sector, Troy has worked as a licensed real estate agent, auctioneer and business development manager, before moving into senior training and operations leadership roles within nationally recognised RTOs. Troy’s background across frontline property roles and education leadership aligns with PTA’s focus on delivering industry-led training that reflects the realities of the modern property sector.

This combination of frontline property experience and educational leadership positions Troy to support PTA’s mission of delivering practical, relevant and future-focused training for property professionals.
